AAO Associate Artist / clarinetist Aviva Endean leads three Art by Twilight concerts at the Heide Museum of Modern Art this summer, each featuring a special guest.

On Sat March 16th, the stunning vocalist Sunny Kim and Aviva will perform a concert of solos and duos.

Aviva Endean is the inaugural Associate Artist with the Australian Art Orchestra for 2018-2019. She has been a regular collaborator with the Australian Art Orchestra, in recent productions such as the new work by Norwegian composer Kim Myhr for the Melbourne International Jazz Festival, the Sometimes Home Can Grow Stranger Than Space program for Wangaratta Jazz Festival and London Jazz Festival in 2018, at MONA FOMA with Striborg, and as part of the Meeting Points Series at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Sunny Kim has been a frequent collaborator of the Australian Art Orchestra over the past few years, appearing in several of the Meeting Point Series concerts at Arts Centre Melbourne in 2017 and 2018, and being a faculty member of the AAO’s annual Creative Music Intensive since 2016. She’s currently also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music of the University of Melbourne.
